ONLINE ADJUNCT EMDR THERAPY

If you’re already working with a therapist that you like, and you’d like to focus on resolving a specific issue or a traumatic event, brief Adjunct EMDR is available. Ruth works collaboratively with your primary therapist. By focusing on healing specific traumatic memories or processing intrusive material with EMDR, stuck points can become unstuck, and your work with your regular therapist can become deeper.

Adjunct EMDR therapy isn’t a replacement for ongoing therapy. Clients continue to see their primary therapist. Adjunct therapy with Ruth is intended to be short-term. (We’ll meet 3-10 times for 50-minute or Intensive 90-minute EMDR sessions—your choice). The success of treatment is based on clearly defined goals for the EMDR sessions, defined in collaboration with the primary therapist and client.

Adjunct EMDR Therapy Fees:
50-minute Adjunct session = $160
90-minute Intensive Adjunct session = $288
